oVertone is a scrappy hair coloring conditioner brand that empowers people to skip box dye and pricey salon touch-ups, and achieve vibrant hair color without excessive damage.
oVertone released a new product to their portfolio; The Fader Shampoo, to further empower people to take control of their shade. With a new product, new components, and new portfolio came new design needs.
Concepted, sketched, designed, revised, and created final art files for oVertone’s new shampoo packaging. Partnered with Purchasing department, Marketing department, and component / print vendors to create packaging that complied with industry and brand standards. Created subsequent visual assets for campaigns, and maintained portfolio structure as new products and categories were added.
The collaboration of a lifetime - Disney’s Cruella x oVertone. We created four get-the-look conditioner kits and created a campaign with Disney’s team to showcase the badass looks.
Assisted the Creative Director, Art Director, and Senior Content Creator in conceptualizing, mood- boarding, and ultimately setting the scene within the approved concept and themes that Disney provided.
Painted mural, dressed set, managed props, and lived my dream.
When oVertone elected to sell through Amazon’s B2C fulfillment, we needed to explore options for secondary packaging design. Working with Stone Strategy & Design, we consulted and conceptualized different designs, ultimately landing on these embossed beauties with custom brush stroke patterns.

Beau & Belle Littles is a family owned company based in Loveland, CO. They created their unique swim diaper when their son (Beau!) started having trouble with the ones that existed on the market. Under the art direction of Sara Seal of Hello Waldo, we completely overhauled their brand with a new logo, icons, and custom patterns. We've been so excited for B & B in recent months as their business has grown and they even appeared on Rachel Ray.
The Freeman magazine is the flagship publication of the Foundation for Economic Education. It's a free-market magazine that covers current events, economics, personal growth, culture, and technology. Saiya worked on this fun project under the Creative Direction of Sara Seal from Hello Waldo.
Saiya created custom illustration, layout, and type treatment for each quarterly issue. Concepted, sketched, and revised featured illustration style and subjects within the quarterly themes provided by FEE. Had fun using the text as inspiration for different pull-quote treatments, title treatments, and branded accents throughout.
In addition to The Freeman magazine, print and e-book covers, and various printed collateral, we had the privilege of laying out FEE’s annual reports four years in a row. Creative Direction by Sara Seal of Hello Waldo.
Creating and reimagining infographics played a big role in these - making different data sets visually digestible for stakeholders became something of a passion of mine, and when I say “I love solving problems with design,” this is one of my favorite tools to use.
Custom layout, type treatment, editing, and illustration were updated every year, with small tweaks and advancements made to the brand.

Crowdskout’s app helps its clients spin up landing pages and forms to rally supporters to take action on their behalf.
As a graphic designer on the team, I helped design the layout and digestibility of the app, and its responsiveness. In addition to the graphic assets for the Crowdskout app, I contributed to redesigning the website (twice!), and laid out various brochures, reports, and visuals for trade shows and other outlets.
Aided in illustrating promotional animation, designed responsive web pages, as well as email templates and print collateral for some of Crowdskout’s clients.

Real Heroes is a book by Lawrence W. Reed of FEE that gives us forty flesh-and-blood models of character in action, highlights memorable quotations from each hero, and features a summary of lessons at the end of each profile.
Concepted, sketched, and revised the cover of Real Heroes based on the brief and our feedback from FEE. We came up with a lot of great ideas, and our favorite option is below left. FEE elected to go with a type treatment to take emphasis off of specific people on the cover, leaving a sort of open potential for any reader to become a “real hero.”
